Hello:

My name is Elaine Carlton and I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Intuitive Life Coach. I reside in the Phoenix area of Arizona in the United States and I have worked with the Emotion Code for over five years.

My Mission:

To assist you in being you. To peel away all the layers of other peoples thoughts, feelings and beliefs that you may have inherited or taken on in an effort to be loved, but they are not you. Deep down inside I felt that I did not deserve to be loved just by being me. Now it I know it is a disservice to the world to be anything else but me. The more I express my gifts and abilities and share my love I know I can help to make  this world a happy better place. Being true to myself has been a life long lesson to me. I spent many years giving my power away to what others thought about me and let others think for me which lead to trauma and unhappiness. By releasing the energetic vibrations that are not aligned with the true me and raising my personal vibration I can now experience a happier more fufilling life. My intentions is to help my clients achieve the same.

My Story:

From the time I was a child I was a “sensitive”. I was always a great listener and even at a young age other people would pour their heart out to me. Many times I thought that I was not “normal”. Things would bother me that didn’t seem to bother other people. Little did I know that was part of being an intuitive and an empath. Now that I have embraced this gift and learned to work with it I can use these gifts to help others. I also like to help fellow empaths work with their gifts and realize there is nothing “wrong with them”. Many of the ills of the earth can be healed just by people loving and accepting themselves just as they are.

I have been there. I took the super long way through struggle, confusion,  and pain. I was all signed up for years more of it, but then something happened. A few years ago I experienced an emotional and physical health challenge which led me to discovering a new healing technique that set me on the road to changing everything I thought I knew about healing and personal tranformation.

That was just the starting point. From there, I began to fully open up to my intutitive and healing abilities and then I added life coaching work in to the mix to create a unique healing experience that trancscends the old model. Now I have a particular passion to pursue all things that can help me and others to live a healthy, happy, long life.

When I embraced the concepts of energy healing I found it opened a whole new world of possibilities for myself, my family, my friends, my clients and the world in general. We truly are unlimited powerful beings with great potential to create a world full of purpose and love. This transformation can be easy and fast almost like magic.

Fun Facts About Me:

  • I currently reside in Arizona and have lived here for over 35 years
  • I am the mother of five daughters, and have four grandchildren
  • I spent many years working in family law preparing documents which taught me alot about relationships and family dynamics
  • I am a music and art lover
  • I enjoy traveling when I can. Walking on the beach is one of my favorite things to do

Skills and Experience:

I have been working with people for many years, even though I officially became a professional about 4 years ago. I work with several complimentary healing and coaching modalities and in each session with me I  use the modality or the combination of modalities that is best for you at that time.

  • I am Certified in the Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson, since 2014
  • I am proficient with the Body Code program by Dr. Bradley Nelson, since 2015
  • I work with techniques from several Life Coaches and Healers including Christie Marie Sheldon and Jeffrey Allen, since 2016
